Please allow 24-hours for your order to be processed. If you have requested next-day delivery with Canada Post please make sure you take into consideration the processing time. If your order is urgent then please call us at +1-548-888-8360 to see what options are available. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM will not get mailed out until Monday morning. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your parcel, we advise that you check with your local customs before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied at customs. Amâz Active Skincare ("Amaz") will not be liable for charges in the case of your shipment being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Amâz offers different shipping options. All items are tracked but that does not include INSURANCE. Amâz is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. It is important to be aware that Amâz is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Amâz is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from Amâz, so any shipping issues must be handled by the shipping agent. If you purchase the ‘express mail or special delivery/signed for’ it does NOT mean your purchase will ship the next business day.
PROCESSING TIME IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE, AMÂZ DOES NOT SHIP ON FRIDAY AFTER 12 NOON, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. AMÂZ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER-RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
Amâz does its utmost to ensure your items are packed in a manner that is safe and secure for transport. Amâz uses eco-friendly packaging material to ensure your goods arrive undamaged. However, in the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with the delivery agent. Amâz will provide you with the tracking order but after that, the onus is on you to dispute the delivery with the shipping agent. Amâz is unable to control how the delivery agent handles your items so hence we package accordingly.
