Where is your product manufactured?
Our products are all made in a Health Canada lab in London Ontario. We practice sustainable and eco friendly manufacturing procedures.
What certifications does Amâz have?
All our products are cruelty free, organic, vegan, 100% natural, and non-toxic. We are certified by leaping bunny, Vegecert and USDA Organic.
What ingredients are in our products?
All our ingredients are listed on the bottles and on the product page. If you have any more questions regarding ingredients please contact us or send us DM via Instagram.
What is your eco-policy?
Our bottles come from recycled glass and are curbside recyclable. Our recycled bamboo lids come from China, from a Certified Government recycling program.
Our labels are made in the USA, using non-toxic glue, recycled paper and biodegradable.
Our shipping mailers and tissue paper are made from corn and are compostable. (https://tishwish.com)
Do you wholesale?

What is your shipping policy?
We aim to dispatch your order within 48h. Due to the current climate with Covid-19, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
Returns and exchanges?
We recommend that your try our products for a minimum of 15 days to get the benefits of our active ingredients. If you are still unsatisfied with the results, please email info@amazactive.com for further instructions.
My products arrived damaged what do I do?
If your products should arrive damaged, please take an image of the product and packaging and send it to info@amazactive.com as soon as possible. Don’t worry, we understand that these things can happen. Once we have reviewed the photos we will expedite new products to you.
How do I become a brand ambassador?
If you would like to become an ambassador please email info@amazactive.com with your portfolio.
What happens if I have an allergic reaction to your products?
We recommend patch testing before using our products. Our ingredients are listed on our website and on the label. Please refer to that prior to applying on your skin.
